About the Role
We are seeking a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to spearhead the end-to-end hiring process for Brain Co.'s Engineering teams, specifically in AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform domains. You will collaborate closely with our in-house recruiting team and engineering leaders, including the Head of Engineering, to attract and secure top-tier technical talent — individuals who will shape the future of applied AI.
This role transcends traditional recruiting; you will architect and propel our recruitment strategy — from developing outbound initiatives and refining our employer brand narrative to managing candidate experiences and negotiating complex offers across international markets.

Your Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles, from sourcing candidates through to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs and establish effective interview processes.
Enhance candidate experience to reflect our culture of speed, precision, and mission-driven values.
