Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and release of front structure stampings and assemblies for new Scout products, ensuring innovative and optimized solutions. Oversee the design of components to achieve cost, weight, and performance targets throughout the development process. Analyze sections and components to enhance overall vehicle efficiency. Utilize CAD software to support design alternatives and production development. Collaborate in the creation of simulation environments for testing new concepts related to vehicle safety and handling. Assist in the development of prototypes for both virtual and physical verification testing. Stay attuned to consumer feedback and suggest improvements. Efficiently manage resources, including supplier partnerships.
