About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Project Manager specializing in Events to oversee and execute high-profile events for our luxury brand clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, successfully managing the entire scope of event projects, particularly within the luxury, fashion, or retail sectors. This role demands exceptional planning, coordination, and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to thrive under pressure and deliver extraordinary experiences that embody the quality and prestige of the brands we represent.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of event projects from client briefing and planning through to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely and cost-effective delivery of all event milestones.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external partners (venues, suppliers, contractors) to guarantee all deliverables align with the brand’s standards.
Maintain a comprehensive project checklist, monitoring progress against critical milestones.
Supervise site installations, ensuring compliance with event specifications, safety standards, and luxury brand expectations.
Act as the primary liaison with clients and consultants throughout the project to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Conduct site visits during pre-production and production phases for quality control and adherence to timelines.
Organize and lead pre-installation and technical meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for internal teams and third-party vendors as needed.
Ensure all necessary documentation, including permits, approvals, and completion certificates, is in order.
Facilitate internal debriefs post-event with relevant teams to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Assess team member performance and provide constructive feedback to foster ongoing development.
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key project metrics and performance indicators.
