Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in your territory.
Identify, qualify, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, providing the value they expect from you and Redis.
Work autonomously and collaboratively with the team to up-sell and cross-sell.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling SaaS technology.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives.
A consultative and value-oriented sales approach.
Fluency in French is essential.
