Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Performance Marketing Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in creating and optimizing high-impact paid social assets for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Your primary responsibility will involve executing creative concepts while also bringing valuable insights into campaign strategies through close collaboration with paid media teams.
Creative Production & Optimization
- Create compelling static, video, and motion-based ad creatives for paid social platforms (mainly Meta) that adhere to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Design creative variations with intention (hooks, formats, pacing, layouts) based on performance feedback and testing strategies.
- Transform briefs into impactful visual concepts while identifying any potential gaps, risks, or opportunities.
- Quickly iterate on creative assets based on performance signals, client feedback, and insights from the media team.
- Ensure creative consistency while adapting messaging and visuals across different formats, placements, and marketing funnels.
Creative Collaboration & Strategic Contribution
- Work closely with paid media managers to synchronize creative direction with campaign goals, testing plans, and performance insights.
- Engage in creative reviews and performance discussions, providing visual and conceptual insights beyond mere deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to refine creative approaches based on successful strategies across various accounts, formats, and audiences.
- Participate in client calls as needed to articulate creative decisions, rationale for testing, and plans for iteration.
Operational Expectations
- Monitor assigned brand tasks and creative outputs utilizing project management tools like ClickUp.
- Manage multiple creative streams concurrently while ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
- Accommodate last-minute revisions as necessary without sacrificing the core quality of creative work.
- Maintain organized creative files and documentation for both internal and client reference.
