Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficient in creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation. A natural relationship builder, skilled at engaging with diverse clients. Demonstrated experience in managing a varied team effectively. In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and the ability to apply insights to enhance client projects. Comprehensive understanding of testing formats including FQA, CQA, Compatibility, UAT, and others. Familiarity with QA tools, SDKs, VR/AR platforms, TRCFs, and first-party platform requirements impacting FQA services. Strong negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach. Quick learner with high adaptability. Team-oriented with the capability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong empathy and conflict resolution skills to proactively address interpersonal issues. Proactive, tenacious, and enthusiastic in approach. Basic understanding of accounting principles and the financial implications of project decisions. Able to self-manage and execute daily tasks independently.

About the job

IMPORTANT: This position requires availability for our "PST" shift from 5 PM to 1:30 AM local Madrid time. Please confirm your ability to work these hours before applying.

As a vital member of our high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure that the latest and most exciting games are prepared for launch and ongoing support. Your passion for excellence, exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively will be key to meeting our ambitious deadlines. Building on your previous success in leadership and testing roles, you will guide others to achieve similar results while communicating directly with clients to prioritize their needs throughout testing activities.

In your capacity as Project Manager, you will take complete ownership of multiple projects for some of the world's leading gaming companies. Your organizational skills, focus, and independence will guarantee seamless project delivery through effective resource and equipment management, financial oversight, personnel leadership, and dynamic client engagement. Collaborating with fellow Project Managers and the Head of FQA, you will contribute to the growth of our projects, enhance Universally Speaking’s reputation, and solidify our presence in the marketplace.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing our entire PST shift (5 PM to 1:30 AM Madrid local time) while overseeing projects across Spain and the UK simultaneously for major gaming clients.
