Design, evaluate, procure, assemble, and test structures, mechanisms, and bracketry for spacecraft, using a variety of manufacturing methods for both composite and metallic parts. Perform mechanical and thermal analyses on spacecraft systems. Integrate components and systems into spacecraft, collaborate on documentation, and help improve build processes for future projects.

What you will do Design signal processing algorithms for custom software-defined radio hardware, including tasks such as channelization, equalization, PA linearization, gain control, carrier synchronization, symbol mapping, framing, and channel coding/FEC. Work closely with FPGA developers to implement and validate signal processing on radio hardware. Model the full radio system, covering communication from Earth to space and back.
