Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing positions for engineers, machine learning researchers, and go-to-market technologists; you will be the primary contact for every job requisition. Create outbound initiatives: Develop repeatable outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and community engagement to discover top-tier talent well before they enter the job market. Establish effective assessment criteria: Design role-specific evaluation rubrics, technical screenings, and onsite interview loops to accurately predict on-the-job success. Promote our mission: Communicate a concise and compelling narrative about Netic's innovative AI solutions that converts tentative candidates into immediate hires. Analyze and refine processes: Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and closure rates; leverage data insights to implement weekly adjustments that enhance candidate quality and accelerate pipeline flow. Qualifications:Proven technical recruiting experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting technical talent within high-growth startups or leading recruitment agencies. Exceptional sourcing skills: A demonstrated track record of superior sourcing-to-hire ratios and expertise in advanced search techniques, referral networks, and niche communities. Process-oriented mindset: Established ability to develop scalable interview frameworks and applicant tracking system automations without overwhelming candidates. Engaging storytelling ability: A history of transforming intricate technical concepts into compelling narratives that attract passive candidates.
