About the Role
We are on the lookout for pioneering Solutions Engineers who excel at blending technical expertise with commercial effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by connecting our innovative platform with our clients' essential investment workflows. Your mission will be to demonstrate the real-world effectiveness of our knowledge engine, utilizing actual data from prospects to enhance their workflows.
This involves transforming complex documents such as PDFs, CapIQ feeds, Excel models, and SharePoint files from financial services firms into insightful, actionable data through live demonstrations. Your technical proficiency will help you build trust, lead discovery sessions, manage proof of concepts (POCs), and convert skeptical investors into enthusiastic users of our platform.
This position is ideal for builders — you will be actively involved in demonstrations, development, and iteration alongside our founders and engineers. You will enjoy significant autonomy and responsibility, overseeing the entire technical customer journey from initial wins to ongoing adoption and expansion.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct technical discovery and demonstrations — align customer workflows, identify data sources and pain points with our platform, and showcase the potential value of Rowspace to skeptical financial stakeholders.
Manage the POC and technical success — utilize a prospect's data to demonstrate tangible business impacts during evaluations and serve as the primary technical liaison from kickoff to closure.
Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategies — gain insights into how prospects allocate their investments, understand their priorities, and position Rowspace effectively against their current practices.
Encourage adoption and growth — maintain close relationships with clients post-sale, assist in reimagining their workflows, and identify opportunities for deeper usage across different teams and use cases.
Advocate for the customer — gather feedback from the field and collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify valuable features for development and shape our product roadmap.
Create reusable technical resources and playbooks to streamline future sales cycles and cultivate institutional knowledge within the team.
