As our customer base expands at an unprecedented rate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that the world's most innovative companies become devoted, long-term partners with Scale. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), Product Managers, and Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs) to guide prospective clients through the pre-sales process. Your role will involve delivering customized demonstrations and pilot projects to achieve the coveted 'technical win.' You will assess customer technical requirements and create actionable Scopes of Work (SOW). Working hand-in-hand with our delivery team, you will also assist in the initial implementation phase. With an unwavering curiosity about customer needs and challenges, you will leverage your profound knowledge of Scale products and Generative AI to craft tailored solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage projects effectively, and provide technical insights will be essential to your success in this role.
