Blue expertly manages digital advertising campaigns for outstanding B2B companies, significantly enhancing the number of first meetings for sales teams. With remarkable early traction, we are on the verge of exiting stealth mode.
Currently, our team consists of 8 talented individuals, and we are eager to welcome our 9th hire. With solid funding and a post-revenue status, our initial clientele includes some of the most esteemed B2B software organizations worldwide. As we scale rapidly, we seek a seasoned seller who can transform our exceptional product into a successful, repeatable go-to-market strategy.
Role Summary
We are in search of an accomplished sales professional with an extensive network to join our team. This position is not for entry-level Account Executives; we require someone with a proven track record of selling to B2B marketing teams, an understanding of how demand generation leaders make purchases, and the ability to leverage a network of warm relationships to expedite our growth.
Your responsibilities will include managing and closing deals within our target segments, shaping both our outbound and inbound sales strategies, and collaborating closely with the founders on our initial go-to-market strategy. You will assist in defining our sales processes, customer journey, and messaging while fostering relationships with ambitious marketers in the SaaS sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and finalize full-cycle deals with B2B marketing and growth leaders.
Identify, engage, and convert both warm and cold leads into a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct high-quality demonstrations and discovery calls that showcase how Multiply delivers results.
Utilize your network to create early opportunities and achieve quick wins.
Develop and enhance sales materials, pitch narratives, and objection-handling strategies.
Collaborate with product and growth teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and positioning.
Provide structured feedback to enhance our product roadmap and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Possess 5 to 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven history of surpassing quotas.
Maintain strong connections with B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth teams.
Have experience selling marketing technology or related products within the $10K to $100K ACV range.
Demonstrate confidence in conducting discovery meetings, customizing pitches, and navigating complex sales cycles.
