The Role
We are seeking a Founding Marketing Lead to develop WilsonAI’s marketing engine from the ground up.
This role is hands-on and content-driven, focusing on generating inbound demand, fostering self-service adoption, and establishing brand authority. While the sales team will manage outbound strategies, qualification, demos, and closing, your role will be to create synergy among these functions.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified inbound leads, with the GTM team to drive event and partnership engagement, and with performance marketing to enhance paid acquisition efforts. Additionally, you will oversee the self-service narrative and conversion journey comprehensively.
This position offers significant responsibility and ownership.
Your Mission
Position WilsonAI as the go-to name in legal AI— a product that users discover, trust, and adopt without needing a sales conversation.
Develop and execute a content-first marketing strategy that generates sustained inbound demand for sales, promotes self-service signups, and builds momentum over time.
Manage WilsonAI’s narrative, positioning, and voice across all channels, detailing our insights on legal AI, risk, productivity, and the future of legal work.
Produce high-quality content across various formats, including:
Short and long-form videos
Blogs, threads, explainers, and playbooks
Website messaging, landing pages, and conversion flows
Launch videos, product narratives, and visual assets
Newsletters and thought leadership series
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials that enhance outbound and demo performance, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, objection-handling resources, and product explainers.
Lead PR and earned media initiatives by identifying compelling story angles and launching media campaigns.
