Collaborating closely with the founder, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Hellyeah from a nascent product into a significant market presence.We are searching for a dynamic go-getter.Someone who can convert an early-stage, cutting-edge product into a thriving commercial engine.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will spearhead the foundational stages of creating a repeatable go-to-market strategy for Hellyeah.Your tasks will include:Identifying and refining ideal customer profiles, market segments, and strategic entry points.Translating market ambiguities into a clear and compelling commercial narrative.Generating a sales pipeline from the ground up through outbound outreach, partnerships, founder-led sales, content marketing, community building, and creative initiatives.Personally conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, pilots, negotiations, and initial expansions.Contributing to the development of pricing structures, product offerings, and service transitions.Collaborating closely with product teams and the founder to convert market insights into actionable roadmap decisions.Securing key customers that serve as case studies, proof points, and market leverage.Crafting the first repeatable go-to-market playbook encompassing messaging, processes, channels, and conversion strategies.Recruiting and onboarding the next wave of go-to-market talent as the strategy gains traction.Who Should ApplyThis role is ideal for those who aspire to build rather than inherit.
