About the job
About Spearbit & Cantina:
Established in 2021 by former engineers from the Ethereum Foundation, Spearbit is at the forefront of addressing security challenges in the Web3 landscape. Our founding team is responsible for developing the leading blockchain programming language and securing the largest smart contract that safeguards over $160 billion in value.
We are excited to introduce Cantina—the premier platform designed to connect security researchers with projects in need of their expertise. Cantina has powered significant competitions and currently supports leading projects in Web3, offering features like collaborative security reviews, public and private security competitions, bug bounty programs, incident response, and AI code analysis.
Much like the emergence of cloud security startups, Cantina aspires to establish itself as the definitive code security platform for the future.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Founding GTM Operations Partner who will play a pivotal role as a strategic operator and systems architect across Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This position transcends traditional RevOps responsibilities, requiring an individual who can tackle ambiguous challenges, create structured approaches, and facilitate our transition from services-led revenue to scalable, predictable ARR.
If you have a passion for building from the ground up, possess strong opinions, and seek substantial early ownership, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Sales Operations (Core Ownership)
Create and manage quota models as we refine our ARR strategies.
Oversee commission modeling, payouts, and adjustments.
Act as the definitive source for pipeline mechanics and deal hygiene.
Manage HubSpot comprehensively (structure, data integrity, workflows).
Ensure that sales execution is measurable, equitable, and scalable.
2. GTM Systems & Automation
Develop and sustain automations spanning HubSpot, Clay, enrichment tools, and internal systems.
Design routing logic and handoffs (PLG → sales, inbound → outbound, services → ARR).
Facilitate account-level visibility for complex enterprise and bottom-up purchasing processes.
Minimize manual work across GTM through strategic automation.
