Your Role
We are seeking a founding Go-To-Market Deployment Strategist to take charge of and enhance our customer success initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Lead the entire customer success journey: nurturing client relationships, crafting playbooks & processes (e.g., onboarding, training, enablement, renewals, expansions), and developing metrics to measure product impact & engagement, all while scaling as we rapidly grow our customer base.
Collaborate closely with existing customers and our engineering & Go-To-Market teams to gather product feedback, address support issues, and systematically track adoption & retention based on data analysis.
Cultivate a profound understanding of our customers’ use cases and business objectives to ensure our products deliver maximum value for their most complex and critical workflows.
Influence our product roadmap by being the foremost advocate for our customers: identifying, synthesizing, and proactively sharing trends from feedback across our entire customer base.
You will work alongside a team of Thoughtful Doers™ with backgrounds from esteemed organizations such as Palantir, Google, Meta, Uber, Cruise, and Goldman Sachs.
