The Role

As the Founding Account Manager, you will take ownership of the entire customer relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, go-live processes, client retention, renewals, and expansion initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO, becoming the internal advocate for our customers at ClaimSorted.

  • Lead the onboarding and delivery process by creating detailed plans, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless go-live experience.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Claims, and Product teams to swiftly resolve issues, maintaining client confidence.

  • Establish a consistent account management rhythm involving success plans, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalation pathways, and executive updates.

  • Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and secure renewals and client references.

  • Explore and close opportunities for expansion, including new programs, regions, lines, and volume increases.

  • Translate successful strategies into repeatable playbooks, templates, and operational routines.

Qualifications
