Our unique approach combines an exceptional in-house claims team with a cutting-edge AI-enhanced platform, enabling us to deliver claims processing that is up to three times faster, while providing superior service and economic advantages for our partners.
Supported by prominent investors such as Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we have successfully raised over $15 million and currently manage claims for more than $100 million in insurance premiums across over 30 Managing General Agents (MGAs), including multiple publicly traded companies. Our ambitious vision: to scale to $1 billion and solidify our position as the leading TPA in the market.
The Role
As the Founding Account Manager, you will take ownership of the entire customer relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, go-live processes, client retention, renewals, and expansion initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO, becoming the internal advocate for our customers at ClaimSorted.
Lead the onboarding and delivery process by creating detailed plans, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless go-live experience.
Collaborate with Operations, Claims, and Product teams to swiftly resolve issues, maintaining client confidence.
Establish a consistent account management rhythm involving success plans, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalation pathways, and executive updates.
Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and secure renewals and client references.
Explore and close opportunities for expansion, including new programs, regions, lines, and volume increases.
Translate successful strategies into repeatable playbooks, templates, and operational routines.

Qualifications
At ClaimSorted, we value passion and determination over specific years of experience. You might be an insightful management consultant familiar with the challenges within the insurance industry or a top-performing Account Manager seeking a greater challenge.
Residing in or willing to relocate to New York City or London.
Authorized to work in the US or UK without the need for sponsorship.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify value and drive expansion.
Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of earning trust with stakeholders and maintaining composure under pressure.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, sales, or within the insurance/InsurTech sector is preferred.
