Comprehensive Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring precise execution in both high-velocity and strategic contexts. Pipeline Development: Design and implement outbound campaigns, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and lead innovative prospecting initiatives. GTM Playbook Refinement: Document effective strategies (messaging, qualification criteria, value propositions) and operationalize them for the sales team. Customer Focus: Work closely with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leaders to deliver substantial value to clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate insights into actionable roadmap initiatives.

Your Opportunity

As a Founding Account Executive, you will be our inaugural go-to-market (GTM) hire, driving how leading AI companies price, sell, and close deals. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and collaborate directly with our CEO to refine our GTM strategy, enhance our positioning, and secure partnerships with the most forward-thinking AI clients. This role is not about following a prescribed playbook; it's an opportunity to create the framework for exceptional sales execution, develop our outbound strategy, and establish the approach for how Dealops collaborates, sells, and scales with high-growth AI businesses.

This role is in-person at our San Francisco office.
