Exciting Opportunity for a Founders Associate
Tilt is revolutionizing the way commerce operates, creating a new paradigm for online buying and selling. As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we are restructuring the CEO Office and are on the lookout for a Founders Associate to collaborate directly with our CEO on Tilt’s Operating System, fundraising and investor relations, and various special projects.
This is a unique chance for an individual eager to not just participate but to shape the future within a rapidly scaling consumer technology firm. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from crafting presentations to developing AI automations and deploying code in production—no task will be too big or small.
About Us at Tilt
Our mission is straightforward: Make Commerce Alive.
The current landscape of e-commerce, characterized by static website builders and impersonal marketplaces, is rapidly becoming obsolete. It was designed for transactional relationships rather than fostering attention, community, and personality that define the new generation of merchants.
In the UK alone, millions of shoppers ranging from sneaker enthusiasts and Y2K fashion lovers to collectors and parents have joined Tilt. Our platform has empowered sellers to achieve beyond £1M+ in earnings, with numerous others surpassing the UK median income.
And we are just getting started!
Your Mission
Tilt is stepping up its game. We are reconstructing the CEO Office with a focus on three primary pillars:
1. Tilt’s Operating System
You will assist in establishing the foundational elements necessary for the business to function at unprecedented levels. This encompasses:
Data Science/Engineering: Creating the source-of-truth tables for comprehensive company analysis.
Operations: Refining our operating model to capture optimal leading indicators for growth across various markets and categories.
AI: Developing the Git repository for Tilt’s Operating System.
2. Capital Raises & Investor Relations
Your role will involve attracting top-tier investors and nurturing robust relationships:
Providing monthly investor updates that are clear, timely, and impactful.
Preparing board decks, minutes, data rooms, and follow-ups.
Overseeing fundraising processes, including pitch decks, memos, and supporting documentation.
