Your Role
Collaborate with the Go-To-Market and engineering teams to conduct technical assessments and customize Greptile for diverse client environments (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Perforce, on-premise solutions).
Design and execute proof-of-concept projects that showcase Greptile’s benefits in intricate settings.
Manage security and compliance evaluations by addressing inquiries, documenting system architectures, and facilitating procurement processes.
Develop reference implementations and streamlined integrations to enhance customer adoption.
Act as the technical advocate for customers within the company, communicating requirements to the product and engineering teams.
Create reusable resources—demo environments, PoC templates, technical FAQs—that improve success rates across the organization.
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and serve as a liaison between the Go-To-Market and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Proven background in software engineering with the ability to engage effectively with senior developers and CTOs.
Experience in executing proof-of-concepts and assisting technical customers.
Prior roles in software engineering, solutions engineering, or sales engineering within a development tools or infrastructure organization.
Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise identity management (SSO/SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
Ability to swiftly learn new technologies and develop practical examples or scripts as needed.
Strong written communication skills for crafting clear and concise documents, including PoC plans, security responses, and product gap analyses.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup culture as the inaugural hire for this role.
