Technology
Our real-time no-code editor is integrated within a Chrome extension and powered by advanced synchronization technology using CRDTs, allowing live updates and data consistency across multiple tabs and browsers.
We have developed a proprietary execution engine, influenced by Playwright, optimized for performance and capable of executing bulk processes on your local Chrome browser.
Our unique Browser Automation Language (BAL) serves as a domain-specific language that simplifies execution instructions, encapsulating common web paradigms.
Your Role
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you will engage directly with healthcare clients to identify their critical challenges and develop solutions using the Felicity platform. This role involves immersing yourself with customers to thoroughly understand their essential operations and collaborating with them to refine these processes through our innovative tools. The FDSE position uniquely blends software engineering and customer interaction, offering you the chance to gain in-depth insights into the healthcare industry, collaborate with senior leaders, and create substantial impact for major organizations.
Daily Responsibilities
Your daily activities will include:
Conducting meetings with client teams, both remotely and on-site, to assess their vital processes.
Crafting new process architectures together with senior engineering teams.
