About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Span, you will spearhead intricate implementations for our clients, navigating high-stakes situations where solutions aren't always straightforward. You'll integrate with engineering leaders at premier organizations to identify their unique challenges, analyze their workflows, and implement solutions that significantly enhance developer productivity and organizational transparency.
You will collaborate across product, engineering, and customer success teams to design full-stack solutions, develop integrations, and ensure our platform delivers tangible value in live environments.
Your role includes being the internal advocate for our customers, transforming field insights into product enhancements and scalable solutions that benefit our entire client base.
Success in this position involves taking ownership of customer results from initial discussions through to successful production deployment. You will balance rapid execution with quality, technical thoroughness with strategic foresight, and hands-on development with cross-functional collaboration.
