About the Role

Join us as a Forward Deployed Engineer, where you will collaborate closely with our customers and product team to implement our AI systems in real-world claims environments. This dynamic role bridges engineering, product development, and customer operations. You will leverage your technical expertise to analyze workflows, data, and requirements from insurers, transforming them into critical production solutions.

Your daily responsibilities will include building integrations, processing pipelines, fine-tuning our product to meet specific customer needs, and addressing real-world challenges through AI and data solutions. You will oversee the entire process from customer requirements to delivered solutions, taking ownership of your contributions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, adeptly shifts between technical problem-solving and customer interactions, and seeks to witness the tangible impact of their work. This is a full-time opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage directly with insurers to gain insights into their claims workflows, data, and system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Solva and client systems.
  • Customize and adapt AI-driven workflows for tailored use cases.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in data, logic, or system functionality, collaborating with the team to resolve them.
  • Translate real-world client needs into precise technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Oversee pilot projects from inception to execution, ensuring smooth operation in production.
  • Provide field insights to enhance product reliability and performance.
