Our cutting-edge solutions facilitate the autonomous orchestration of diverse unmanned systems across air, sea, land, and space, with essential applications in defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will act as a crucial liaison between our orchestration platform and real-world deployment settings, crafting software integrations that ensure seamless collaboration among various autonomous systems.
Joining NODA offers the opportunity to work on impactful technology that expands the frontiers of autonomy, alongside a team dedicated to innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration.
The Role
We seek a Forward Deployed Engineer to spearhead the software integration and deployment of our multi-domain autonomous orchestration platform in collaboration with customers and partners. This position centers on developing the adapters, interfaces, and integration layers necessary to connect our orchestration engine to a variety of autonomous vehicles, sensors, and third-party systems in operational landscapes.
You will engage at the intersection of our core platform and customer/partner ecosystems, converting high-level orchestration tasks into platform-specific commands, integrating environmental data into our world model, and deploying our software in complex, constrained network conditions. This role is software-centric, requiring strong full-stack engineering capabilities, systems integration know-how, and the ability to work independently within customer and partner facilities.
While a significant portion of your time will be dedicated to deployment and integration tasks, you will also play a strategic role in enhancing our core platform, contributing to shared libraries, reusable integration components, and deployment tools that expedite future integrations. You will serve as a direct conduit between customer requirements and platform development, relaying product needs back to our core engineering teams.
