Role overview
The Forward Deployed Engineer will deploy, configure, and support the EASE platform and other software solutions, primarily in client on-premises environments across Canada. As part of a project team, this engineer ensures smooth integration with client infrastructure and maintains reliability under a variety of operational constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure systems in secure or restricted client environments
- Troubleshoot issues across application, network, and infrastructure layers
- Adapt deployments to fit each client’s unique requirements and technical realities
- Integrate solutions with third-party systems when needed
- Work through technical challenges that may lack clear answers
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments
- Engage directly with clients to diagnose issues, understand constraints, and support ongoing success
- Help improve deployment and support processes for EASE, making delivery more scalable and repeatable over time
