As a pioneering Forward Deployed Engineer, you will oversee the comprehensive technical strategy, implementation, and delivery of intricate agent-based applications, guiding them from initial pre-sales exploration to full production deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Deployment Strategists and Sales teams to comprehend enterprise client requirements, design innovative solutions, and create transformative agentic applications.Design and construct complex agentic systems utilizing state-of-the-art models, orchestrating advanced LLM workflows and integrating seamlessly with enterprise infrastructures.Work alongside research teams to customize and refine models tailored to client-specific needs, contributing to our internal codebase for inference, fine-tuning, and evaluation.Oversee end-to-end deployments across hybrid environments (public cloud, VPC, and on-premises), ensuring production-level scalability, performance, and reliability.Shape and expand the Forward Deployed Engineering organization by establishing playbooks, best practices, technical standards, and mentoring to facilitate team development.Desired QualificationsRobust software engineering background with a proven history of delivering production-grade systems (Python, TypeScript).Demonstrated experience in deploying enterprise software within cloud or hybrid environments employing modern DevOps methodologies (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).In-depth knowledge of machine learning principles and practical experience with contemporary AI stacks, including vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluations, and fine-tuning.A minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions.
