Advise clients on new products as their business needs evolve. Participate in interviewing and expanding the Engineering team. Qualifications Strong technical foundation with experience in software development or building machine learning models. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in backend software engineering. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams comprising both technical and non-technical members.
