Key Responsibilities Architect and configure Kiteworks Private Content Network (SIPR/Top Secret) and Microsoft Purview (NIPR) to serve as central Policy Decision Points for file access. Translate NIST 8112 metadata attributes into DRM policies, such as 'Allow View ONLY if User.Clearance >= TopSecret AND Device.State = Compliant'. Manage encryption key lifecycles, including BYOK and Customer Managed Keys, ensuring FIPS 140-2/3 compliance and availability in hybrid and air-gapped environments. Configure advanced DRM features in Kiteworks, including SafeVIEW and SafeEDIT, to enable secure document viewing and editing within the repository. Design and implement 'Data Policy Engineer' rules to act as the Policy Decision Point, supporting dynamic file decryption management based on user trust attributes such as clearance, role, and risk level. Oversee key management processes to ensure a seamless user experience in high-security, hybrid environments. Requirements Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (required). Position is located in Tampa, FL.
