About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Forward Deployed Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our AI Interviewers tailored to customer needs. Our AI agents currently conduct tens of thousands of structured candidate interviews each month.
This pivotal role blends expertise in voice and conversational agents, prompt and flow design, evaluation criteria, and production iteration. You will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their screening requirements, translate those into structured interviewing frameworks, deploy agents into production, and refine their performance based on actual feedback and metrics.
Ideal candidates are hands-on and analytical, thriving on transforming vague requirements into defined agent behaviors, constructing solid evaluation techniques, and delivering rapid improvements in a dynamic startup setting.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding and Requirements Gathering
Facilitate technical onboarding for clients, comprehending their roles, hiring objectives, essential indicators, and constraints.
Convert customer requirements into structured interview flows, tailored question sets, and evaluation rubrics.
Establish clear benchmarks for success, including pass/fail criteria, evaluation justifications, and interview tone and style.
Voice Agent Conversation Design
Create, develop, and enhance prompts and agent logic that influence interviewer behavior, question sequencing, and overall candidate experience.
Ensure consistency and quality in interviewer conversations, aligned with role-specific requirements.
