About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be pivotal in our customer engagements, taking charge of the hands-on, technical deployment of Speakeasy at key accounts. You will work independently to ensure successful implementations and act as a crucial technical partner for our clients. Your role will involve iterating on our core product and collaborating closely with customers to drive and implement enhancements that align with their objectives.
About You
You possess significant backend/API engineering experience, ideally spanning 6-8 years, and are eager to delve into the technical intricacies of our customers’ APIs and SDKs, leading comprehensive technical deployments with clients and partners.
You've previously served as a founding engineer, solutions engineer, or technical founder.
You exhibit exceptional customer empathy, adept at connecting customer goals with Speakeasy's offerings.
You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and autonomy, rapidly acquiring new knowledge and identifying areas for impactful contributions, driving successful outcomes with clients.
You can gracefully manage multiple customer relationships and navigate potentially competing priorities.
You leverage insights from customer interactions to influence product roadmaps and documentation, fostering continuous improvement in customer experience.
