What you will do Triage and resolve customer issues across the full stack, including analyzing logs, reproducing failures, and tracing job executions. Create and update clear documentation and practical guides based on real user experiences and implementations. Work closely with research and infrastructure teams to turn customer feedback into prioritized engineering tasks.
