The Role:

As a pivotal member of Human Delta, you will contribute to our mission of facilitating AI adoption in large enterprises. Our platform is utilized by a diverse range of users, from technical teams to operational leaders, who depend on our solutions to gain insights into their systems, understand process dynamics, and observe AI behavior in practical scenarios.

In this role, you will operate at the confluence of engineering, product development, and operations. Your responsibilities will include converting complex real-world challenges into actionable technical strategies, making impactful architectural choices within established constraints, and working closely with founders and clients to tailor our platform to the rigorous demands of environments where precision and dependability are paramount.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Proficient in navigating the technology stack, from APIs and data layers to user interfaces and client-facing tools

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident approach to engaging directly with enterprise clients

  • Ability to distill complex, ambiguous problems into clear and effective solutions

  • Strong intuition for product design, user experience, and system architecture

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, knowledge bases, or search technologies

  • Experience with enterprise software platforms (CRMs, ticketing systems, content management systems)

  • Previous experience handling large or complex datasets

  • A solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications
