Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our teams in San Francisco and New York. In this role, you will be the technical liaison between Giga and our clients, responsible for building and deploying sophisticated AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
Your Responsibilities:
End-to-End Customer Engagement: Conduct discovery calls and demos, develop and maintain exceptional AI agents, participate in customer interactions, and serve as the primary point of contact in a dynamic environment.
Agent Development Lifecycle Ownership: Rapidly build and prototype solutions, establish CI/CD pipelines, monitor real-time usage, iterate towards objectives, debug live issues, communicate with clients, and document best practices to enhance efficiency in future projects.
Feedback Integration with Product & Platform: Identify unmet needs, prototype new features, directly contribute to the codebase, and collaborate with core teams to enhance our platform for all customers.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of React, Python, API integrations, and tool calls.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities for effective client interactions.
