As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping the technical strategy and facilitating the deployment of agentic systems from the initial customer engagement to production roll-out.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Deployment Strategists and Sales to identify enterprise customer needs, design solutions, and create transformative agentic applications.Develop agentic systems utilizing state-of-the-art models, orchestrate LLM workflows, integrate with enterprise infrastructures, and ensure the deployment of reliable production systems.Work alongside research teams to customize and enhance models based on specific customer requirements.Facilitate end-to-end deployments across various environments (public cloud, VPC, on-premises), ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability in production settings.Contribute to the development of evolving playbooks, processes, and best practices within the expanding Forward Deployed Engineering organization.Ideal Candidate ProfileSolid background in software engineering with a track record of deploying production-grade systems (Python, TypeScript).Demonstrated experience in deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments employing modern DevOps methodologies (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts and practical experience with current AI frameworks, including vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluations, and fine-tuning.Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience focused on delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Applied AI Engineer).Proven aptitude and enthusiasm for engaging with customers, accurately identifying user needs, and architecting real-world solutions.
