About the Role:
As a member of the AI Agent team at Cresta, you will be instrumental in crafting cutting-edge AI Agents that resolve real-world challenges for our clients. Our focus is on utilizing the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems while ensuring solutions are cost-efficient, secure, and dependable.
In the role of AI Agent Engineer, you will lead the deployment of AI agents that tackle practical problems. Collaborating closely with customers and our software and machine learning engineers, you'll ensure impactful AI Agent implementations and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our primary AI platform. You will develop intelligent AI agents, integrate them efficiently with external systems, and provide hands-on technical expertise for successful deployments. This position demands robust engineering skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
