About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in initiating our clients' journey towards AI transformation. Collaborating closely with our implementation teams, you will help clients navigate their first use case after their Data Platform is established in Arkham. This collaborative effort involves working alongside their BI, finance, or operations teams to thoroughly understand their objectives and guide them through the solution process. Typical use cases you might engage with include:
- Enhancing complex reporting or analysis tasks through prompt engineering
- Implementing anomaly detection or forecasting models to enhance operational efficiency
- Setting up our AI Agent functionalities to facilitate data exploration and SQL query generation for Data Engineers
This initial phase of engagement usually spans 2-4 weeks, leading to the resolution of the client's primary pain points and resulting in an 'aha' moment that transforms them into advocates for our platform, significantly driving adoption and uncovering new use cases within their operations.
Your position will act as a bridge between the deployment of Machine Learning models, the implementation of Generative AI applications, and the support of clients through Prompt Engineering. You will manage approximately 3-4 customer implementations concurrently, becoming a strong advocate for our Data & AI Platform.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client-Centered Solution Design: Work collaboratively with clients to identify their critical challenges and devise solution strategies leveraging our platform.
- Implement the Client’s First Use Case: Lead the deployment of Arkham's tools to tackle clients' initial use cases. This encompasses creating data pipelines, executing advanced analytics, deploying our ML models, and configuring AI Agents.
- Establish Iterative Feedback Loops: Engage in continuous feedback with clients to refine and enhance their solutions.
