This role is fully in-person based in San Francisco; we do not offer remote or hybrid working options.
Your Role
Engage directly with customers while architecting tailored solutions.
We seek a former Software Engineer who knows the importance of automating tasks to enhance efficiency.
Facilitate the migration of new clients from outdated support systems to Pylon.
In your first week, lead customer migration meetings effectively.
Act as the primary problem-solver for clients, assisting them in reimagining their workflows and data within Pylon.
Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers toward optimal solutions, even when they may not fully understand their needs.
Contribute to pre-sales discussions, becoming the definitive resource for solution exploration.
Master both Pylon and the legacy systems we transition from (such as Zendesk and Intercom).
Manage multiple customer migrations simultaneously, driving each to successful completion.
Continuously refine the migration process for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco and thrive in an in-person work environment.
Exceptional organization skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work quickly while managing multiple migrations.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn, quickly becoming proficient in numerous tools.
A passion for experimenting with the product and proposing enhancements.
