What We're Building

We are a dynamic startup in stealth mode, pioneering an AI-native, all-in-one data platform. Our innovative solution allows customers to seamlessly ingest and model their data, create custom reports, and tackle complex queries—all from within the platform.

Although we are in the early stages, we already have paying customers, and our product is rapidly evolving.

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of customer implementations. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, constructing their data models and dashboards, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. Additionally, you will act as a vital liaison between our customers and the product and engineering teams, helping to identify what works, what needs improvement, and what new features to develop.

This role is both technical and customer-facing; you'll communicate with clients via Slack and calls to address their inquiries and occasionally gather necessary data or metric definitions to facilitate their work.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new customers by connecting their data sources, establishing initial models, and setting up dashboards.
  • Write efficient SQL models in the platform's data layer (similar to dbt) and assist in maintaining our standardized documentation.
  • Create dashboards and reports that customers find valuable and reliable.
  • Engage with customers on Slack to troubleshoot issues, clarify data discrepancies, and provide support.
  • Collect customer requirements, which may involve following up on spreadsheets, finalizing metric definitions, or seeking clarity on ambiguous requests.
  • Provide product feedback based on customer interactions, directly influencing the development roadmap.
