Role overview As a Forward Deployed Engineer in London, work directly with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions that improve claims management and operational processes. This role involves both technical development and close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. What you will do Work alongside customer stakeholders, ranging from technical staff to executive leadership. Build and maintain systems that support customer operations and make onboarding more efficient. Provide accurate reporting and insights to both customers and colleagues.
