Floating Branch Sales Manager in the Estate Agency Sector

As the Floating Branch Sales Manager,
you will spearhead initiatives to win new business, motivate your teams, and exemplify professionalism in every facet of the home-selling process.
Your responsibilities include:
Working across multiple offices, stepping in for Branch Managers during their absence. You will take charge of motivating teams, providing direction and inspiration, ensuring that company objectives and targets are met collaboratively.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is essential, including hands-on experience in property valuations and securing instructions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your management skills and facilitate your progression on the career ladder.
Compensation Package:
Basic salary between £28,000 and £30,000, with on-target earnings reaching £50,000, in addition to a company car or car allowance and private medical insurance.
