Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Flight Data Reporting Engineer to enhance the effectiveness of our flight teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with flight teams to collect flight logs and other vital information, document any issues encountered during operations, and provide valuable feedback from the field.

This position is ideal for meticulous individuals with a strong desire to learn about drones and their applications. You will work in conjunction with our head of test flights to analyze and aggregate flight data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in field test flights.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for pre-flight and in-flight observations.
  • Synchronize flight logs, photos, videos, and supplementary data.
  • Identify deviations or abnormal system behaviors and escalate these issues.
  • Investigate any abnormal or emergency situations with UAVs and propose solutions.
  • Analyze UAV flight patterns and suggest system improvements.
  • Assist pilots during field operations.
  • Collect flight logs and other information according to post-flight SOP.
