Performance Management: Establish team and individual KPIs, track performance metrics, and promote accountability for safety, quality, and rider experience.

Role overview

The Fleet Command Center Manager leads the FCC team, guiding daily operations and ensuring the team’s effectiveness. This position manages FCC Operators and FCC Specialists, focusing on their performance, growth, and well-being. The manager is responsible for maintaining rider safety, delivering reliable fleet coverage, and upholding high training standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the Fleet Command Center team
  • Support the performance and professional development of FCC Operators and Specialists
  • Maintain rider safety and satisfaction during autonomous vehicle operations
  • Ensure consistent, on-time fleet coverage
  • Drive ongoing improvements in FCC processes and training quality
  • Act as the main escalation point for high-impact ride-alongs
  • Work closely with Site Operations, Engineering, and Training teams to scale operations as the fleet grows
