As the First Line Sales Manager at Elliptic, you will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition and expanding our strategic accounts within your region. You will lead a dynamic team of motivated Account Executives, fostering an elite sales culture and enhancing sales discipline to secure complex enterprise deals in promising markets.
You will exemplify high standards, operationalizing them through effective coaching, process implementation, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion Elite Sales Execution
Lead by example, coaching Account Executives through intricate enterprise sales cycles — from generating outbound opportunities to engaging multiple stakeholders, conducting Proof of Concepts, and negotiating contracts.
Reinforce a disciplined, AE-led approach to pipeline creation and account strategy.
Drive and Scale New Logo Acquisition & Strategic Account Expansion
Develop and implement regional strategies to penetrate or expand high-value accounts across the crypto, fintech, financial services, and regulatory sectors.
Provide accurate forecasting, achieve team quotas, and maximize go-to-market efficiency in your region.
Embed Sales Rigour & Methodology
Establish and maintain strong sales hygiene practices — from qualification and forecasting to disciplined next-steps and CRM upkeep.
Act as a player-coach to elevate the team’s proficiency in MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling.
Facilitate process mastery, ensuring not only methodology knowledge but also execution excellence.
Coach, Develop & Elevate the Team
Continuously coach on essential sales skills: outbound prospecting, stakeholder access, objection handling, discovery quality, and closing deals.
Provide immediate feedback through call coaching, pipeline assessments, and deal strategy sessions.
Support Account Executives in advancing their careers while exceeding performance targets.
Accelerate Strategic Proof-of-Concept Motions
Enhance the team’s capability in managing Proofs of Concept and trial cycles, ensuring collaboration between Account Executives and Solution Consultants for maximum impact.
