Collaborate with project leads to identify, specify, and plan assigned tasks while providing technical expertise to assess project costs, timelines, and risk factors.Coordinate and support firmware activities within project teams. Organize review processes with fellow developers and oversee the verification phase of design projects.Adhere to all procedures outlined in the Development Process Model (NPD and EDPM) and actively contribute to defining, improving, and implementing best practices in development.Work independently while providing regular updates to project leads and promptly notifying them of any identified issues or risks.Execute all necessary actions to achieve objectives defined in the project plan, focusing on timeliness, effort, and quality.Engage in design reviews and provide technical leadership and training in specific areas of expertise.Maintain department tools and/or lab facilities as needed.Address internal and external departmental/customer requests efficiently.Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives at the company, team, and personal levels.Support and contribute to Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO standards, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following the established policies and procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Adapt to a global work environment, accommodating multiple time zones.Scope of WorkAssigned to multiple projects, accountable for the successful design, development, and release of new products, along with maintenance of existing products.
