Your Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant position such as Solutions Architect or Business Analyst. A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Hands-on software development experience, including backend development, database management, and third-party service integrations. Proficient with web services and SQL. Solid understanding of fundamental networking principles. Familiarity with telecom Online Charging Systems and/or Banking Systems is a significant advantage. Experience in product-oriented projects and release management processes. Familiarity with software development methodologies and issue tracking systems. Willingness to occasionally participate in online workshops with stakeholders across different time zones. Able to travel occasionally as required.

As a member of the Solution Architecture team, your main responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients, product management, and software development teams, showcasing your high level of technical expertise, product knowledge, and effective communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions utilizing Optasia’s proprietary platform.
  • Engage with various stakeholders from clients to ensure IT solutions meet business goals.
  • Develop technical documentation including use cases, flow diagrams, integration specifications, and solution documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Business, and Operations to implement innovative solutions.
  • Assess and prototype APIs for seamless third-party integrations.
  • Partner with the Software Architecture team to identify opportunities for enhancements to the Optasia platform.
  • Provide technical guidance to the sales team, including product demonstrations and support for RFP responses.
