Role Overview: Financial Analyst II

This Financial Analyst II position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role centers on ensuring accurate billing, compliance, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach are key for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Follow company financial policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review billing processes and suggest improvements where possible.
  • Prepare, issue, and send invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Check invoices to confirm consistency and correctness.
  • Reconcile balance sheet reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other departments to address questions and resolve issues.
  • Keep thorough records of accounts receivable.
  • Support client account reconciliations as needed.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly audits and related clean-up tasks.
  • Identify and correct billing errors as they arise.
  • Apply customer payments accurately and on time, making sure allocations are correct and discrepancies are addressed.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
