OPPORTUNITY

Join our dynamic team as a Financial Analyst in the FP&A department, where you will play a critical role in the financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. This position involves performing detailed operational plan variance analyses, conducting investor return assessments, executing quarterly valuations, and developing internal monthly reporting dashboards. You will collaborate closely with our Asset Management and Reporting teams, gaining valuable insights into our financial operations.

Role Allocation

Infrastructure: This role involves supporting fund operations, investor and internal reporting, financial analysis, tax, treasury and liquidity management, and compliance of Fengate’s Infrastructure Funds. You will interact closely with the asset management team, investment team, fund administrator, investor relations team, tax team, and external investors.

Real Estate: You will also be responsible for the financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, variance analysis, investor return analysis, quarterly valuations, and monthly reporting dashboards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of the projects’ financial and compliance requirements, acting as the first point of contact for the Value Creation & Asset Management, Fund Reporting, and Financial Reporting teams.

• Collaborate with the Value Creation & Asset Management team to manage the operational financial models for the projects and conduct related analyses, including valuation management.

• Maintain monthly performance reporting, providing analysis and commentary on KPIs to offer insights into budget variances and market trends.

• Drive continuous automation and process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy, thereby minimizing error risks.

• Analyze and model the impacts of changes in revenue and cost assumptions on forecasts and budgets.

• Maintain and advance financial models to project key performance metrics such as cash flow, margin returns, operating returns, IRR, ROIC, MOIC, NPV, etc.

• Assist with ad-hoc investor requests and project-level and portfolio-level analyses as needed.
