Required Qualifications:5+ years of finance experience with a strong focus on financial planning & analysis, reporting, and controlling; experience in international or multi-entity organizations is a plus (consulting experience preferred). Proficient in Excel; familiarity with LucaNet, DATEV, Intacct, or similar ERP/reporting systems is desirable. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical skills demonstrated through financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis. Soft Skills:Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective financial decision-making. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive reporting. Strategic mindset to align financial objectives with business goals. Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.

Join Our Financial Planning and Analysis Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel-based financial models for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
  • Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, variances, and key business drivers.
  • Prepare regular reporting packages (monthly and quarterly) along with ad-hoc management analyses.
  • Assist in forecasting for cost centers, including payroll, operating expenses, and headcount monitoring.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals against forecasts, summarizing critical drivers.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and monitor working capital.
  • Aggregate inputs from various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and structured data processes.
