Key Responsibilities:Evaluate company performance against core KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities. Build comprehensive financial models to support your recommendations. Analyze daily usage trends and communicate findings to executive leadership. Track bookings pipeline and forecast its impact on top-line performance. Develop a deep understanding of Databricks' business model to enhance forecasting and insights. Collaborate with sales strategy and operations, providing guidance to finance leadership. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking; experience in the software or SaaS industries is a plus. Proficiency in building financial models independently and formulating actionable recommendations. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Exceptional analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills. Experience in streamlining processes to support a dynamic, high-growth environment. A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting to ensure timely deliverables. Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and large datasets.
