Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA Inter or CMA qualifications are preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting principles, VAT regulations, and ERP software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with financial reporting tools. Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Traits:Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable finance professional to enhance our finance operations. You will manage daily accounting functions, lead the finance team, ensure precise bookkeeping, and oversee timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Supervise daily accounting tasks including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
  • Review and validate the accuracy of transactions posted in the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company and audit standards.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE VAT regulations and internal compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with auditors for the annual audit preparation process.

Team Management & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams to gather financial information and updates.
