Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting. Experience working in medium-sized companies (SME) is preferred. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills. Adept at comprehending and communicating complex business processes. A flexible and structured approach to work, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who can ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your contributions will guarantee that management and relevant departments have access to reliable data while adhering to all regulatory standards. This position not only aids in the company's growth but also encourages process improvements through your innovative ideas and commitment to excellence.

As a part of this role, you will collaborate with various departments, handling a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from various sources.
  • Preparing, issuing, and posting sales invoices.
  • Creating detailed financial reports and documentation as necessary.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Generating reports such as timesheets and customer records upon request.
  • Assisting in communication and information collection for vendors and business partners.
  • Booking and posting supplier invoices.
  • Processing payments and managing transactions in bank portals.
  • Conducting vendor and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Preparing reconciliation reports for petty cash, credit cards, and Noqoodi.
  • Posting journal and bank entries, including bank reconciliation.
  • Preparing purchase orders for overhead expenses.
  • Monitoring and calculating rebates.
  • Allocating mobile bills.
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
